Reservation policy
In order to proceed to a reservation to our establishment 30% of the total accommodation cost must be prepaid to the company’s bank account which will be communicated to you via email or phone. After verification of the bank deposit we will reply through email in order to verify the conclusion of the reservation.
Departure time from the apartments is 12:00 am and arrival time 14:00 pm.
It is possible to extend the schedule, should the circumstances allow it, after consultation with the reception.
Cancellation policy
According to:
Article 8 of bill 1652/30-10-1986 (published 167A)
Whoever reserves an accommodation in order to use it for a specific period and does not use it for all or part of this period is obliged to pay to the owner half of the agreed price for the period that the accommodation has not been used. If however the customer has informed the owner of the cancellation at least 21 days earlier, then the customer is not obliged to pay and can demand to take back any possible downpayment.
Cancellation must be made via email or phone in order to be valid in case of return of the downpayment.
